First experience was wrong dosage on medication 7 times more than needed!- luckily I questioned it. Second visit 3 trips in to collect prescription. They've lost it. Or think it's gone in someone else's bag! Data protection!!!!! Asked to wait. Again . In a post op state not great having to go back and keep waiting . Overall slowness. 2 awful experiences- won't be using ever again. There's a nasty situation waiting to happen here with medications going to wrong people or wrong dosage.
Simply dreadful. Currently been waiting 5 days for my medication to be in stock.I spend about 30-40 mins each day queuing for my medication only to be told sorry not here yet, come back tomorrow.Still waiting now and im in agony and desperate for my medication.
After repeated requests for assistance in getting the right tablet sizes, and going in no less than THREE occasions to sort the problem out.......what have I received but AGAIN the incorrect sized pills. I was assured it wouldn't happen again. This has been on going for about SIX months.I will be changing pharmacies from now on.
You should be Disgusted with your selves. It's always the same, next to no staff out front. Ridiculous waiting times when just buying from over the counter. Customers get to sit and watch the Chemists and any staff members milling about and/or chatting out back, Given the cars You arrive in and the Clothes you wear you are CLEARLY making enough money to serve your dwindling customer base better by hiring more staff! Terrible service with terrible waiting times. You have no excuse!
Usually I've not had a wait but last time I had a really long wait and then was asked if I had 5 minutes to discuss my medication. It wasn't explained to me why they wanted to discuss it when I discuss my medication with my doctor and nurse.
