Excellent facilities, good team, nice feel to the place.
A friendly well equipped gym with everything you need to train. No contracts, you can pay per session, per week or per month. The lady who owns the gym is a miss Olympia. She runs boot camps from there on a regular basis. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
